RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take pride in offering high-quality, gently-used children’s items at great value. Due to the nature of resale, all sales are considered final—but we’re here to help if there’s ever a concern.
🔁 All Sales Are Final
Because our inventory is secondhand and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most items. We encourage customers to inspect items carefully before purchasing.
✅ Exceptions
We want you to shop with confidence! If an item you purchased is:

Damaged in a way not shown or described at the time of sale

Missing a part that affects its function (e.g., stroller wheel, toy battery cover)

Or if you received the wrong item in an online order
