🚚 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount—check our homepage for current offers!

🌍 Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the U.S only

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Whenever possible, we use recycled or recyclable materials to ship your items, helping reduce waste while protecting your purchase.

📫 Lost or Damaged Packages

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride in offering high-quality, gently-used children’s items at great value. Due to the nature of resale, all sales are considered final—but we’re here to help if there’s ever a concern.

🔁 All Sales Are Final

Because our inventory is secondhand and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most items. We encourage customers to inspect items carefully before purchasing.

✅ Exceptions

We want you to shop with confidence! If an item you purchased is:

  • Damaged in a way not shown or described at the time of sale

  • Missing a part that affects its function (e.g., stroller wheel, toy battery cover)

  • Or if you received the wrong item in an online order

Please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right.

🛍️ Store Credit Adjustments (if applicable)

In special cases, we may offer store credit as a courtesy, at the discretion of management. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold and within 7 days.
